Phase 1 – Planning the Business
Expansion: Understanding the Opportunities, Defining the Strategy,
Evaluating the resources and ROI and Planning for Implementation. In this
phase, Bexser acts as Driver and the Customer acts as Drafter
Phase 2 – Implementing the Plan: Following the steps of the plan, mitigating risks and making the fine tuning of
the Plan. Here, Bexser acts as Drafter and the Customer acts as Driver
Phase 3 – Tracking the Results: Managing
the overall goals and execution of the Implementation Phase and driving the
results of the Plan. Here, Bexser is still a Drafter and the Customer is the
main Driver of the Results
